Shipping policy

 

Every FLOHOM merch item is made through print-on-demand, so please allow a short production window before it ships.
Current delivery time: 6–8 days, door to door (production + shipping combined), for our current products (Five Panel Cap, Trucker Cap). As we add new items to the catalog, delivery time can vary by product, the estimate for each new item will be noted on its product page. We don't currently offer rush production.

We currently ship within the U.S. only. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order and address, there's no free-shipping threshold at this time.
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, once an order enters production we're unable to redirect it, and we can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Shipping address errors
Please double check your shipping address before checking out. If a package can't be delivered because of an incomplete or incorrect address and is returned to our facility, we'll reach out to confirm the correct address before resending. A reshipment fee applies in this case, since it covers the cost of producing and shipping your order a second time. If we don't hear back within 30 days, the order will be donated and we won't be able to resend it.
